Life is starting to get back to normal again. Silje went back to Trondheim yesterday, Geir Olav has started working again, I went back to course yesterday, and tonight we will throw the Christmas tree out and clean up all the decorations.
January and February I always find the most boring months of the year in a way. No decorations anymore, dark, and you are kind of waiting for the autumn to arrive. It's good that we have candlelight’s and a fireplace to make it more cosy
Still.... Geir Olav and I have something else to look forward to: By the end of this month we will have a small honeymoon, and take a trip to Bergamo in Italy. The tickets are booked and we have found a real nice 'bed & breakfast' in the centre of the town. A romantic old house from the fifteenth century, which is completely renovated. I am really looking forward to it! We will leave the 22nd and return the 26th. Bergamo itself is an old town with many medieval buildings and some museums. We are also planning a daytrip to Milan, which is only 50 km away (and maybe a short visit to the circuit of Monza which is in between).
By now we have almost all pictures of the wedding. When Geir Olav has burned them I will most likely add some to my homepage. I must admit that I am extreme curious after the video that his brother made, but guess we need to be patient. They are in the middle of a moving so it might take a while before we get the chance to see it.
Unfortunately I haven't heard about the job yet... It's almost three weeks ago that I had the interview and I think I will call them on Monday if they already know something. In the meantime I wrote two other applications, and am in contact with the lady from the job agency. Yes... life is really back to normal again... (almost)
