When I look outside and feel the temperature, I don't really have the idea that it's winter. During the last week the temperature even went up to 8 degrees Celsius. All snow has disappeared. Weird! It feels more like autumn to be honest.
Not really much has happened during the last week. I called on Monday about the interview, but they haven't made a decision yet. We keep on waiting.
Yesterday we had course again. I got informed that they have put me up as a candidate for a job at the International school in our neighbour city. There is not much I can do myself for that one: the job centre is the intermediary, so I can only hope they will call me.
Now soon the weekend will start again. We didn't make real plans, but need some stuff for the water bed, to kill the bacteria’s. It's difficult to find here, since there isn't a waterbed specialist in town. Last year we used something that was actually meant for water tanks. Maybe we will do the same this time. I just hope it doesn't do anything bad to the rubber.
Yesterday I got a mail from my Sis, Sharon. She is in the last month of her pregnancy now, with all the uncomfortable bits and bites. They think the baby might arrive sooner than expected. One thing I do know... she will be glad when her hormones will ease down to a normal level again. I read her journal too, and can see she's going with a lot of ups and downs. Hopefully it will be soon forgotten when she holds her baby in her arms
