It is silent in the house. The cats are really lazy today, and it feels like their state of mind is infecting me. I feel I need to do some things, but get hardly anything out of my hands. I have the weird feeling that something is hanging in the air: silence before the storm? Let's just hope that that storm will mean that I will feel like a turning tornado again
Last Sunday we had a visit from Geir Olav's parents. It seems they are thinking of a short trip to Amsterdam too. I collected some nice links for them with information about several things to do and see. His mom brought homemade fish balls. I am not a huge fan of fish, but those balls are really good. We will have them tonight with potatoes and fried onions and mushrooms. She said it would probably be the last time she made them: it is getting to much work. I better get the recipe...
For the rest, there is not much happening here. I wrote some days ago about those children that got kidney failure because of an infection with E-coli bacteria. In total there were ten children infected, nine of them are still in the hospital, one of the kids died. They still haven't been able to find the source
The "calm before the storm" always gets to me too..... looking off into the distance.... wondering whats in store.
A Happy St Patricks Day to you Mar....stay warm sweetie...
My cat is lazy every day
Thats so sad about the children.
