Who am I? I am a Dutch woman (a sparrow), living in Norway. My homepage shows you an inside of my life here in Norway, together with my cats. You can find here pictures, and more information about Norway, me, my cats and my life and interests. The page keeps developing. I love traveling and have seen a lot of countries: Thailand, Cuba, Egypt, Tunesia, Cyprus, Estonia, China, Equador, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Luxembourg and Italy. Traveling always gave me a lot of pleasure and learned me to respect other people, their way of living, culture and religion.
I have been married for almost ten years. In 1999 we got divorced. Now I have a boyfriend, Geir Olav. Meeting him still feels like I won the jackpot. He is one of the best things that happened in my life! In August 2004 we moved together and, in December 2005 we will get married... :-)
I also share my life with my two cats (there used to be three. A little family that moved together with me from Holland. They mean really a lot to me. I am quite crazy about cats, as you also can see on my homepage :-). Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to Tinky, the mother cat in Februari 2004. She had an agressive form of cancer. I still miss her, she died too young :-(
Why I call myself a Sparrow? I always love those birds. I got this nickname, from my boyfriend after hearing the song from Simon and Garfunkel...
